Hi, I'm Kaleo! I love sports, photography, and exploring the world around me. 

Living in Bali for the past 5 years, I've been able to surround myself with people from around the world and experience a completely different way of living. I was amazed by the newfound freedom I was offered, living on the island, and loved every second of it. 

I've had the opportunity to experience the unique blend of traditional culture and modern amenities that the island has to offer. The rich and vibrant culture has a strong emphasis on art, music, and dance. This gave me the chance to learn about and participate in traditional Balinese dance and music, as well as experience the island's vibrant nightlife. Alongside that exciting lifestyle, I was able to explore the fascinating mountains, lakes, beaches, discovering the incredible nature Bali has to offer. 

Though everything about this island is incredible, what really drew me to Bali was the school. Made fully out of bamboo, the Green School has a strong emphasis on project-based learning and allowing the students to really take control of their own studies. I moved to Bali in 2018, at the age of 13, and spent a year there before convincing the rest of my family to make the move. Living here enriched my life and has sculpted me into the person I am today.
